Greenbriar Lake is a private lake, approximately 7 acres, close to Nashville, developed with a number of small lots on 2 sides of the lake. This is lot #45 on the west side of the lake, about 58' of lake frontage. There has been a dock but a new one would need to be put in. The lake has a nice common beach area with a shelter house. This is a great opportunity for lake recreation--fishing, kayaking, boating (no motors). 308 square foot cabin, unimproved, with an enclosed porch. Use caution in and around the cabin.
There are Rules and Regulations and an annual maintenance fee last known to be $150. Existence of any existing septic system is unknown and lot size won't allow any new system installation.
